Hello everyone, I thought I would put some build pics on here of my new Pro Twin/Outlaw machine for 2009 to help you guys out with your new class, as promissed. I'll do my best to help out. It is going to be a 2009 New Holland.

This is the MTD walk-thru frame we are going to use. I'm building a super modified chassis for WOO here in Ontario as well, your not seeing double.

here is a couple of pics of the billet dual caliper mount on the 10" rotor.

This is the rear frame work, the tube out the side helps take off the load from the extra offset also it keeps the rear axle and jackshaft from pulling into each other with big hp engines.

This is the modified new holland rear fenders.

This is the beginning of the rear bumper, notice it is angled back..it keeps mowers from climbing in the event of a rear impact also gives it a faster look.

Here it is with the 4130 Ryker Racing front axle with built in wedge, also it is going to have 7.25" rotors on the front with billet calipers, sitting on the floor for the first time.

Got the steering started today, the hoop at the front is the beginning of the front bumper.

Here is a couple of pictures of my 2:1 gear reduction box. They are used on race cars as a steering quickener when equipped with rack and pinion steering set ups. It is just over a pound and the shafts are inline on this type made by HOWE. It is mounted with two 3/8" bolts.

The deck halves are installed. They are angled up-wards about 3/8" just to give some extra clearance in the grass or if a tire goes down on a good race track like SVS. They have to have body work done to them before paint. The grass chute is a little bigger this year than last just to give it more of a lawn mower look.

The deck is clearance'd for the left tire, with the amount of sweep it has and the axle offset it couldn't match the chute side at the front.

This steering quickener is a planetary design made by howe, it had about 10-15 degrees of play in it. I was very disappointed in it so I sent it back and got my money back. There's some on ebay that are made by coleman products, they have a billet aluminum body, and are superior in quality compared to the howe unit with absolutely no play at all.
